The name of our city… Phoenix. The name captures the reality of the people who call it home. Many have gone through fire and suffering, and many still do. But God resurrects, and creates in us new life. Like a bird rising up out the ashes, we are restored and beautiful. I see that with the people of our city. While loss and pain still exist, our hope is beyond what we see with our eyes. I love my city. And I love seeing the healing and growth taking place all around us in the beautiful mess.

Mucho respeto to @quesuavetacos for throwing this celebration for their 1 year anniversary. Everyone came out. All different hoods and families. We celebrate you. The love is evident.
